This is an automobile negligence action in which Linda Hansen (appellant), a guest passenger, brought suit by her guardian
ad litem for personal injuries against her host driver, Monty Edwards, and the owner and driver of the other vehicle involved
in the collision, Howard O. Miller and Donald Bliesner, respectively. The action against Howard O. Miller, Inc. was dismissed
prior to trial. The following facts were elicited by an examination of the documents upon which the summary judgment in favor of the defendant
Edwards was granted.
