appellate review; (2) whether the Commission should have placed the burden of proof on the employer (Kraft) and its surety (Ideal Mutual) regarding the causative effect of an automobile accident in which the claimant (Swanson) was involved subsequent to the work-related accident; (3) whether the Commission properly applied the applicable rules of causation; and (4) whether the Commissions findings of fact were supported by substantial competent evidence. We uphold the Commissions decision as to each of these issues. We also hold that we have no authority to award attorney fees against a workers compensation claimant on appeal.
