Appellant Henry Bienkowski disputes the district courts grant of summary judgment in favor of American Airlines on his age discrimination claim under 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq. Because genuine issues of fact remain to be resolved in the case, we reverse the summary judgment and remand to the district court.
