As 2011 opens to hopefully brighter days, one can't help but be plagued by the uncertainty left over from 2010. Among the many questions still lingering over the industry is how will servicers be impacted by the issue of foreclosure moratoriums? How about the impact of the huge foreclosure inventory in states such as Nevada, Florida, Michigan and California? And what about the growing shadow inventory?
