Published in 1880, this is the first in a five-volume collection of Elizabeth Barrett Browning's poetry called Elizabeth Barrett Browning's Poetical Works. It contains the following poems and translations: A Drama of Exile, The Seraphim, Prometheus Bound, A Lament for Adonis, A Vision of Poets, The Poet's Vow, "The Romaunt of Margret" and "Isobel's Child."
