While there has not been a subsequent edition of this classic Blue Guide, the core content covering the history and the main sights of this region (including Biarritz, Bayonne and St-Jean-de-Luz) remains superb. Hotel and restaurant information is of course out of date but has been retained because it remains of historic interest.
