With the Global Federation tied up in both conventional and nuclear conflicts in the Middle East, the rebels have no outside threats to worry about for the moment, save for penny-ante gangs and rustlers. Until one late morning when, while chilling out at Rebble's high desert air strip, a squadron of GF Hind attack choppers violate rebel airspace.
