The second phase of the Sekirei Project is in full swing, but not everyone is a willing participant... While one Sekirei and her Ashikabi struggle to find a way to escape the city, another veiled Sekirei isn't playing by the rules and is taking down the competition, leaving them for dead. Tsukiumi vows to take down the rogue Sekirei while Minato and the gang undertake a mission of mercy to spirit their new friends out of Teito.
