Classic fairy tales, legends and folk stories in short version without violence retold with lovely illustrations in simple language.
Perfect for reading aloud to small children or for more confident readers to enjoy by themselves.

I couldn't even read the whole thing! I wanted to read the ending with my twin, but then it was just ads for the other books! Same with the rest of this authors books! Waste of my time!
Bad font style and color choice
Hard time reading with colorful fonts. And font style is bad for kids to make out the letters..
Cool drawings though.
Spelling and grammatical errors
This particular book by Lesky has a number of typos/errors not related to style, but to spelling and grammar. (These are also found in Lesky's, "Little Red Riding Hood," which I also do not recommend for that reason.)
However, these errors are thankfully not found in a couple of other books by Lesky: "Thumbelina" and "The Three Little Pigs."
Great story but the text is hard to read
The text is sometimes difficult to read but other than that it's a good story book. My kids loved it.
