This is an appeal by Sam Lynch from a judgment of the Circuit Court of the First Judicial District of Hinds County awarding appellee, Joseph Mitchell Suthoff, $62,500 as damages for personal injuries growing out of 8 collision between an automobile operated by Lynch and a motorcycle operated by Suthoff. We affirm.
