FACTS. - Breuer-Harrison contracted to purchase land from Combes over a 3-year period land. Froerer issued a policy underwritten by Attorneys Title. Breuer-Harrison then learned that the land was traversed by a 30-foot, restrictive pipeline easement not excepted from the title insurance.
