This United States Army manual, Department of the Army Pamphlet DA PAM 40-11 Medical Services Army Public Health Program May 2020, provides implementing guidance for the public health (PH) responsibilities established in AR 40–5. It defines the public health service line (PHSL) and outlines the PH Enterprise approach for the planning, resourcing, delivery, monitoring, oversight, and standardization of PH services.
