Description

War has finally come to Faery.
Everything I thought I knew was wrong.
Truths have become lies, and they have all begun to unravel around us. I can no longer trust my instincts.
Ryder has changed, but so have I. We’re evolving, but into what? I’m not sure, but I do know that it isn’t what I wanted to become.
I don’t know if I will survive this war.
One of us is holding back, while the other continually moves forward toward the mages who endlessly slaughter the fae.
I think it’s me. I think I have to lose it all, to gain what is missing inside of me. How do you eradicate self, when self is what you’ve been fighting for?
Throw everything you think you know about the fae away. Nothing is sacred, and no one is safe from the monsters we’re about to become.

The first 4 of this series were awesome! It seems like the author is just pumping out books. This ending was awful. Seriously....storyline, nicknames and plot lost. I don’t won’t to give it away but if you have half a brain it’s ridiculous. A 21 year old responsible for the world, then another 20 years pass with torture but all is well and it’s a fairy tale ending?! Amelia should take time to actually think about the story she wants to write and build upon. More importantly since she has multi books she’s writing stay in character and write according. Stop churning and burning books!

This is the beginning of the end of this series, and it’s so tragically great. It’s filled with battles and loss. Amelia said Embracing Destiny and Crowing Destiny were supposed to be one book and you can tell. It ended in the middle and you can’t even be mad for it, because it means you get a whole other book for the ending. I loved this book even though it crushed me a little. The losses sting but it’s the price worth paying for loving Amelia’s characters and their stories.

This is one of the best series I’ve ever read! And I read a lot of different authors. Amelia is an amazing gifted writer. She will make you wish her crazy, wild, brutal world was real. Read everything she writes, you won’t be disappointed (unless you have to wait on a sequel to release, then it’s pure torture lol)

I have been obsessed with this series for a few years now, and the first part of Synthia’s & Ryder’s finale is just amazing!!! It was everything I knew it would be, and more. I don’t know how I’m going to be able to wait until Part 2 of their finale comes out. It is going to be torture. Just know that this book is intense, and that you have to read the Fae Chronicles Series, as well as all of the side series, in order. Amelia provides a list so you can do that. Do yourself a favor, and buy them all now. I literally finished this book in a day. That’s how much I could not put it down. Her other books are just that amazing. So, if you are new to the series, then you have so much to look forward too. Thank you, Amelia!!! This is all you promised us, and more. I LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!! Happy Reading, everyone!!!

As the title states, there are no words that express the major feels this book brought out from me. There was so much to take in, so many different emotions. I honestly think a session with a therapist isn’t far fetched lol. This book was dangerous and dark. Lots of secrets come to light that may affect the survival of fairy and everyone in it. This book was dangerous and dark. Lots of secrets come to light that may affect the survival of fairy and everyone in it. Syn and Ryder will always have a special place in my heart. I just love the strength of the characters and the love between them. It saddens me to know that the story will end soon. Not sure if I’m emotionally ready for book 2, but I will middle through.

Amelia Hutchins has done it again. There aren’t enought stars I can give this book. As always this book will take you on a roller coaster of emotions. From laughter to tears. Ameila weaves a fantastic plot, when you think you know where its going she proves you wrong at every turn. I highly recommend this book and more importantly this series. If you haven’t read it, go back to book one. You won’t be dissapointed.
