I did enjoy reading this book. It had amazing poems and honestly a beautiful story; but is it a complete story ? Do we really every really know who she is writing about. The poems safe beautiful with an amazing message and I suppose that is that point. Messages. I didn’t not find the book to be a lot of a story as a whole. I would have loved to understand more what has happened personally inside widely. The wide range did allow it to more easy to connect.

Wow, Rupi is just incredible! Her poetry hits you right in the heart, it’s so powerful! Definitely fueled a fire inside me, as cheesy as that sounds. Loved the feminism! Definitely recommend for some good poetry

I absolutely needed this book. It makes me feel better and not feel alone that someone else has the exact same feeling and thoughts like me. Thank you so much.

I enjoyed reading and notating this collection of poems. I connected with her commentary on family, love, heartbreak, and empowerment. I particularly enjoyed Rupi’s longer works. However, I was not necessarily a fan of some of her shorter poems.
