I've definitely read better. The story is titled The Billionaires Secret, but it honestly wasn't much of a secret. Honestly, who hasn't said that they were married to, or a family member of a person, when someone is in the hospital, and the staff won't give you any information because you aren't family. She made it seem as though he completely deceived her, and made her believe they were engaged. They had only went on 2 dates within the 2 weeks of knowing each other! Really?! She was overly dramatic in my opinion. Always making assumptions, and never being direct, and telling him how she feels. She expected him to do all of the work. It was a waste of my time.

I really had no expectations when I decided to download this book. I was pleasantly surprised. I loved it! Jon was all man, typical really. But with a very big heart. Lizette was beautiful without really knowing. But she loved her parents and the people in her community. Awesome story line. I'm going to read entire series.

This premise of this story is a good one but I feel that some parts don't add up which left me a little disappointed. In general I enjoyed the book. Lizette is an accountant for a non-profit in financial troubles. Jon is the billionaire who is able to help. Their relationship struggles because of Lizette's lack of trust in Jon and Jon's inability to use his words to express himself. Lizette's first impression of Jon is positive until she learns that he did not correct that misconception his not a billionaire. However, this initial betrayal in Lizette's eyes gets ignored when she is forced to ask for financial assistance for her non-profit. I feel that this initial reaction should have been addressed. I also feel that Lizette's acceptance of what she was told after her mishap was too accepting. At this time she tries to keep her distance from Jon and yet is totaling willing to believe what she is told about their relationship. The mixed signals Jon gives Lizette after she becomes fully aware of their relationship serves him right. Communication is key.
