"God, having of old... hath at the end..." - God. And, of course, that means in the very first place that everything must be viewed from God's side, from God's standpoint, that is, we must see what God meant and what God purposed and intended; what was in the mind of God. We can understand nothing until we get God's position and get alongside of Him and view everything from His side.
