This book gives the brief outlines of the Yogic Methods on the basis of Patanjali's 'Yoga Sutra' which is in perfect conformity with Vedic Hindu Religion which is Free From Idolatry, Mysticism and Esoteric Rituals and conceives of a Supreme God who is 'One and Only-one', 'Ubiquitous', 'Invisible' and 'Attribute-free'.
