The story is not bad, but I wish I had read this book in paperback so I could mark the run-on sentences and send the corrections to the author. The number of sentences that use commas rather than periods becomes uncountable after a chapter or two. The author writes as if he's counting words for a high school paper. The paragraphs describing Gloria's dress purchase were totally unnecessary to the story. Glad it only cost 99 cents.

Very good. I enjoyed this immensely. It is refreshing to read a mystery story without gratuitous sex and profanity. Can't wait to read number 4.

Pleasant read. Not a "can't put down" series. Characters are not very engaging. Can't beat the price.
