Reviews

  • Overly assumptive, poorly written

I had a hard time getting through this book because of the writing style and large amount of blanket assumptions made throughout the book. There were SO many a+b=c assumptions made and not much room for the reality of situations that hardly ever involve the simple logic suggested by the author. Nevertheless, the popularity suggests it’s effective for some, so I guess it has its place.
  • Powerful and life changing

Taking the time to read this book thoroughly from beginning to end is so important. I cannot believe how much my view has changed about alcohol and it's effects on my body and brain. Learning to retrain my brain has made the decision to quit so much easier than anything I've ever tried before. I feel empowered and confident in my decision. Thank you, Annie Grace, for helping me to change my life!
