A brazen daylight assault on the Middleton Police Department Third Precinct leaves several officers dead. Shrouded in smoke from the explosion and under heavy fire from every direction, Scott McCloud is trapped and must figure out a way to save himself, his partner and whoever else has survived in the third precinct.
Simply put, Juan Barrios and his partner Scott McCloud are self-indulgent, womanizing a**holes. Born to be in a decade in which a woman's highest achievement would be as a secretary and borderline police brutality would be smiled upon, Barrios and McCloud struggle to adapt to a modern world as though they are time-travelers from the past. Despite their tone-deaf immaturity, the extreme intellect of these two is undeniable and, in most cases, worth dealing with their sophomoric attitudes.
